Free to join, and free to stay
Put your venue in front of people already collecting points elsewhere in Cardiff, without changing anything about how you take money.
How it works
A code by the till, and that is it
A customer scans
They scan the code on your counter while you ring up the sale as normal. The visit appears on your dashboard straight away.
You type the bill total
One number, on a keypad. If one of your offers applies it fires automatically, and the customer sees their points on their phone.
They come back and spend
When someone redeems a reward, you hand over the item and keep the sale it came attached to. Nothing to claim back from us.
What it costs
Nothing to join, and nothing per sale
There is no signup fee, no monthly fee today, and no commission on anything you sell. What you spend on is points to give away — and you start with a batch of those for free.
- Join free
No card details to get started. You set up your venue, list a reward or two, and we check it over before it goes live.
- A one-time grant of points
Joining comes with points to give away, so you can run a real offer from day one. Use them or lose them — they do expire, which is why it is worth setting an offer up early.
- Buy more only if you want to
When the grant runs out you can buy a package of points, or run no offers at all and stay a redeem-only venue. Points you have paid for never expire.
- Rewards cost you the item, not a fee
A redeemed reward costs you what the item costs you to make. We never invoice you for it, and we never reimburse you either.

We will introduce paid monthly plans once the network reaches around ten venues. Every venue who joined before that stays on the free plan permanently and never pays a monthly fee. We will not move you onto a paid plan without asking you first.
